Terms of use

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to KM Concierge. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our concierge, chauffeuring, and related lifestyle management services.

2. Services Provided

KM Concierge provides lifestyle management, concierge solutions, and luxury chauffeuring services, including but not limited to:

Airport transfers and corporate travel

VIP and event chauffeuring

Lifestyle and travel management assistance

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on client requirements.

3. Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid prior to confirming any booking.

For airport transfers, the full payment must be made at the time of booking, along with the flight number and all relevant travel details.

Payments must be completed before the commencement of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

KM Concierge reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients must notify KM Concierge of any cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

Airport transfers are non-refundable once booked and paid in full.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 working days.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information when making bookings (including flight details for airport services).

Clients are responsible for their own belongings during transportation or concierge services.

Any damage caused to vehicles or property by clients may result in additional charges.

6. Chauffeuring & Vehicle Use

Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

Smoking and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

KM Concierge reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Liability

KM Concierge will take all reasonable measures to provide services with care and professionalism.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Client information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services.

We comply with applicable data protection laws to ensure the security of client data.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

10. Amendments

KM Concierge reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. 

 

Private Jet Charter Policy:

At KM Concierge, we act as an introducer and facilitator for private jet charter services in partnership with Luna Jets. We do not own, operate, or manage aircraft, nor do we hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC). All flights arranged through our partners are operated by fully licensed air carriers in accordance with the regulations of the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) or equivalent governing bodies in other jurisdictions.

Our role is limited to connecting clients with reputable charter providers. Any contractual agreement for the provision of air transport services is entered into directly between the client and the charter operator or broker (e.g., Luna Jets). KM Concierge acts solely on a commission basis for introducing clients to these partners and does not assume responsibility for flight operations, safety, or any obligations arising from the performance of such services.

KM Concierge makes every effort to work exclusively with partners that maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service. However, we cannot be held liable for any operational matters, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or performance issues relating to flights or operators arranged through our network.

By engaging with our Private Jet Charter service, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
